However we had ductwork issues and a dryer vent running under steel beams. We thought we would have difficulty accomplishing our vision. Jason soffited the ductwork in such a way that it actually looks like the soffits were part of the design. He also contributed some design ideas that really enhanced the end result. <br /> <br />His craftsmanship was also outstanding. He constructed custom bookcases for a study room, installed a small kitchenette area with cabinetry, installed a full bathroom, a small exercise room, and the main room (game/media) complete with home theater setup. <br /> <br />We have had many compliments on our basement. It's our favorite part of the house. It is warm and inviting. <br /> <br />Jason was also a pleasure to work with. He's energetic, intelligent and articulate. He was also fair with us."
