"The consultation visit was great. Mr. Lott was knowledgeable and went over the options. The installation team was great. Friendly, clean and did a great job. My only issue is that we reviewed where the tankless water heater was being installed including the electrical outlet, yet I had to use an extension cord to plug the unit in after installation. Now I am going to have move the electrical for the unit. For the price I paid I would have expected this to be done for me."

"I have two furnaces and neither one was working. I found this company's name on your site and when I called, they responded immediately.A call was made by the owner to find parts for one furnace and I was given an estimate on buying a new second furnance. As soon as the parts came in, I was called and an appointment was made. The repairs were made quickly and the area was left neat and clean. I would recommend this company and will probably use them to install the new furnace.

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
