"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"The entire procedure was excellent from start to finish. The salesman/installer, Luke Dane, came and measures my windows. He was very personable and professional. He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. "The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan.There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
