"Southern Grace Exteriors was VERY responsive!  Within literally 30 seconds of requesting an appointment for an estimate on Angie's List, I was contacted by Christian Adams to discuss what I wanted done.  He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable.  He was careful to call to confirm an appointment 15 minutes or so before arriving and was always prompt.  He kept very good communication and was accessible when I needed him.  He worked tirelessly to complete the job on time and we are extremely satisfied with not only the work that was done, but the quality of the product as well.  I would highly recommend Christian Adams and Southern Grace Exteriors for any home repair projects and will contract with him again for future needs.

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"We were looking to replace an old, uneven patio made from railroad ties and red paver bricks.   We have been so happy with their service and the final product.  Dennis was so kind to create an estimate for us before hand.  He even came out on a Sunday to help refine our plans and estimates.  The crew was always friendly and professional.  They even tolerated our 3 dogs coming over to say "hi" everytime they were outside.  Our only complaint is that mother nature never seemed to cooperate and just wanted to rain (obviously they had little control over the weather).  There were a couple times the crew even worked through the rain and came out on the weekends to finish our project.  We have a lovely deck and porch that we are proud of and have already had a few parties to show it off.  Everyone has commented on how it has transformed our backyard and shows off the pool much better.  We already have a few project ideas that we hope to have the guys back for!"

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"On one hand, Artown was very good about securing a payment from the insurance company--the insurance company denied our hail damage claim initially, but Artown went to bat for us (we clearly had hail damage) and got us a new roof. They did a good job communicating with the insurance company for us. For that, I am grateful.
From there, things went more sour. The installation of the roof went OK. We have an old house with some tight corners near dormers, and they didn't really catch the seams flush so there is a bit of warping on the shingles (minor issue). The work crew only had one person that spoke (choppy) English, which made communication difficult when a small issue arose during roofing, but everyone was professional and worked hard.
When I contacted Artown about a few small gaps in the roof near tight spots, it took forever to get someone out to check it, and when he came, I was not impressed with his professionalism (though he was very friendly). He said the issues were due to construction of our old house, which is possible, but I was not totally sure it was true. Our home inspection from the previous year mentioned no such thing. I got the sense there were issues of communication in the company, which were strengthened by the questionable way the needed repairs were discussed. After promising to come by early the next day and do the repairs for cash (off the company books?), he never showed.
I'm going to call the company today and report the strange behavior of the warranty/inspection person. Overall though, I feel I've had enough experience with Artown to recommend you go with someone else.
