He told me there would be an additional charge if he had to address those issues during installation. He assured me he would do everything to avoid further damage to avoid additional charges. He came through without any problems. The installation went perfect. The job was completed in just over an hour. Kevin and Nick were prompt, pleasant and professional. They laid a dropcloth from the front door to my basement door to avoid dirtying my floor. They completely cleaned up the work area when finished. I am completely satisfied with their work.
