"This is the third project that EA Masonry has completed for us and as the other two projects went, this was top notch as expected. Dan and his guys demo’d a huge, old concrete patio and stairs along with clearing out numerous overgrown bushes. They installed a new patio and walkway along with two sets of entry stairs. The craftsmanship from EA Masonry is incredible and we recommend them to everyone we know who needs any type of masonry work done. You will not be disappointed."

"The project was not a fit for my needs but he did come out and talk to me. We found it was not as involved as I thought it would be. Edward Perdigao came out and was very punctual and professional . I would not hesitate to hire them in the future"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"It went very well! Found CF Masonry via Google and Angi searches and was so glad that I did! After meeting with Carlos, the owner, and receiving a quote later that same day, we agreed to move forward. Carlos did a BEAUTIFUL job adding granite and stone to the outdated cement landing outside of our front door. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and after showing him a picture I left it up to him to execute his vision. I absolutely love the results! I found Carlos to be reasonably priced, professional, dependable and meticulous in his work. I would not hesitate to use him again- he is a true craftsman. Thank you, Carlos!"

"One of the best contractor experiences we've ever had [and we've had a lot of them]. Joe managed to squeeze a granite step reconstruction in before the weather got too cold this winter. A total pro from end-to-end. He advised us well on materials [granite not slate]; laid out a plan upfront and followed it to a T; was here exactly when he said he'd be; easy to communicate with on text and phone; and best of all was super-friendly and honest the whole way through. My wife and I enjoyed getting to know him. We're looking forward to our next job with him in the spring."

"Michael DiRaimo was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. <br /> He answered any questions I had and he answered calls promptly. <br /> The drain itself had been dug  by another company about 10 years ago but the pumps needed to be replaced. <br /> It took him about 3 hours to do the work. <br /> I am very satisfied with the service I received. Michael is an independent contractor, <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Marshfield Hills, MA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
