"We requested Bonafide Construction come out and see if they could repair our garage door or if we just needed to replace the whole thing.   <br /> They stated they could repair it.   <br /> They found a new spring but when they arrived to install the spring they stated the spring alone was not going completely fix the door, they weren't able to do the repair without replacing the entire door.   <br /> So we had to go another route to have the entire door replaced.  The point in calling Bonafide Construction was to try and save money but we ended up spending 125.00 that we really shouldn't have had to.   <br /> We were pleased with the their speed in coming out and evaluating the job.  Also the owner was real pleasant. <br /> I just don't understand at what point they decided the door couldn't be repaired between the time they evaluated the job and came out to install the part. <br />"

Todd then worked closely with my insurance adjuster which made working with my insurance company very easy. The efficiency and quality of the roofing crew's work was noticeable.
