"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

"They did a great job!  He was a little late, but we were the last stop for the day and he did call us and let us know exactly what time he would be arriving. The furnace breaker was overheating and causing the furnace to shut off.  He had the issue solved in no time!  He did have to run to the store to purchase a new break and return to install it.  We plan on using him in the future if we have any further issues!"

They installed the new system, including a touch screen thermostat. A- 1 was on time, very professional & went above and beyond what we expected them to do. We are very pleased with how the system works and that it does exactly what A-1 said it would. Have recommended A-1 to people we know who will be in the market for their kind of services."
