"We are extremely pleased with the three completed JES projects we had done during a three week period in October. Our experiences with all people we came in contact with were always positive including the office staff, sales, service department, management and the very hard working conscientious installers. The three crews were always polite, on time, and very professional with an excellent work ethic. Their jobs are rather labor intensive particularly the pier installation crew. With that being said, my 5 star reviews go to: * Kade and James Monell who did the foam work to stabilize and lift the concrete patio. They were conscientious enough to arrive a week early to check on the needs of the rather larger than usual job ahead of them. * Calvin, Keenan and Caelen. The crawl space encapsulation crew. * Todd, J. D., Jason and Kris the Pier installers. We can’t say enough positive comments about this crew in particular. Their 4 day job became more complicated than expected, lasting 7 days. They met the challenge head on. Thank you for a great job. "Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"Bright Masonry did an EXCEPTIONAL job on our retaining wall, steps and walkway. We had old concrete steps and a walk that was improperly graded. Bright really transformed the front / curb appeal of our home. The retaining wall (about 3’ high) run down the entire 50’or 60’ of sidewalk in front of the house. It’s cinders with stone face and bluestone cap. Beautiful. It will be there for 75 years. The blew out the concrete steps and sidewalk, repoured everything on the right grade and put stone faces on the risers and bluestone treads. New iron railing as well. They refaced a concrete patio with stone and brought the stone all the way into the entryway. Lights on the steps were extra but pretty affordable considering everything else and definitely worth it. They are on a timer. I’ve recvd a TON of compliments from the neighbors. They also removed old railroad tie retaining wall around the driveway and replaced building in new steps. First class job. Can’t say enough about Rui and his team. We paid a lot for the work, but I’m very confident we’ll get it back. And in the meantime, I smile every time I walk out the front door. "They works arrived early evening (5 pm) due to an earlier job. They finished up about 9 pm. The came back the next morning and buffed and applied the clear coat. They did a great job! The floor looks great. They filled all the floor cracks and the seam between the floor and wall. The workers were friendly and got right to work when they arrived. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. <br />"

"It went very smoothly.  I had a voice mail from his Office Manager, Jenny (she's awesome) on Friday, 3.30, that he'd be coming to do the job on Monday, 4.2.    He was here on Monday morning - bright and early - with his team and the pad was poured!  There were no surprises as to cost, layout, what we wanted, etc.  He's incredibly smart and good at what he does.  I asked if he could offer me some suggestions to improve my backyard area (patio or sidewalk from deck to other areas, etc.).  Shortly after that conversation, we walked the area off, he talked about stamped concrete options, colored concrete - to save money over stamped, etc.  and said he'd have Jenny put a proposal together for me.  I had that proposal Monday night. <br /> <br /> These folks are great!  They're professional and just 'good people'.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends!"

"Joe and crew at Dominion Concrete & Masonry exceeded all of my expectations with this install. They were very professional, polite and accommodating to my schedule. The finished product is excellent, price was very competitive and they even finished up ahead of schedule. I had a big gathering at my home and the feedback we got on the patio was outstanding. The guys were able to get everything done and cleaned up in time for me to set up for the party. I will be using Joe and crew again in the future for sure, and would recommend their work to anyone I speak with. For comparison, a neighbor of mine had similar work done and the quality of the finished product is not close. Joe and team delivered an excellent experience all around. A++"
