"The upstate fence did an excellent job. I have a very Very, VERY difficult neighbor that extended a 4-day job to a 3-month job. Mark was very professional in dealing with the issue and his quality of work could not be surpassed by any other fence company. This fence was installed this winter. Mark and his crew had to dig through the frozen ground to do the installation. His dedication to detail is unsurpassed. He was there when he said he would be and completed what he had stated was the mission of the day. The fence is beautiful. They installed a 6-foot chain link in the backyard. Also, a 6-foot stockade dropping to a 4 foot along the property line. Feel free to stop by and look, you will be impressed. 1*** B**** A**. "It was a great pleasure to work with Paul. He is very considerate and accommodating. He communicated very well before and during the installation. He offered life time warranty of the fence, which provides peace of mind. Highly recommend!"

"Ben is extremely professional. I wanted some aluminum fencing installed. He produced expert level drawings that I was very happy with, and the welds looked that of a veteran. 10/10 recommend"

"Serge, Nick, and Alex did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom from top to bottom. I have an old house, and before the project, no major work had been done on the bathroom in over 30 years. They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. I would not hesitate to hire again!"

"Jorge and crew were wonderful! They did everything from rewiring things in the house to fixing damaged siding. Absolutely beautiful work. They built new steps for the front and back of my house that are far nicer than I could have imagined. They were all wonderful to have around, prompt, professional, courteous and most importantly very skilled. They went above and beyond! I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

"High Tech recently re-brownstoned the co-op that I live in on 83rd Street and did an amazing job.  The price that we got from High Tech was about half of what we were quoted from the next lowest bidder, but the work ended up being so beautiful that people walking by our building are stopping to take photos.  High Tech reconstructed all of the old brownstone details that had been worn off and totally lost over the years.  These guys were artisans and asked me for very old photos of the building, which they used to re-create the designs of the building details.  It took a bit longer than I expected but It turned out so great!!!  I never expected that they could bring our building back to it's former glory, especially given the reasonable price.   Come walk by and take a look.
A couple of years ago High Tech had done our stairs, which also came out beautiful.  They got the detail right on that too.  The brownstone stairs look so nice, they have rounded edges like the most expensive brownstones have.  But again High Tech's price was the most reasonable of the bidders.  The have also done some other smaller jobs for us such as re-pointing and again I was very satisfied with both the quality of the work and with the price.
Oh, I almost forgot.  The electric company did some work on our block and chipped tiny bits off of the new stairs and High Tech came and repaired it at no cost.  I was very impressed with that since it totally above and beyond.
