The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them and you will be glad you did. I sure was!"

"The carpet is off white and is ten years old. It was very dirty and, in addition, I had just had new tile installed in the kitchen. The thick dust was everywhere. When the cleaning was completed it looked brand new. The fibers were nice and "fluffy" again after years of being walked upon. The owner was very personable. I will definitely use them again."

"Ken was very professional in dealing with his customers. He's very on time and goes above and beyond. The project was done on time by Leonardo's team. They are very professional. They fixed the second floor with 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I'm so happy with the results and it took them only 2 days to finish. Walter one of worker was detailed with his job. "We found Tony through Angie's list. He was very knowledgeable with our questions regarding the whole project when we met in person. He even explained the level of complexity involved in various tasks and was very prompt in providing us with a very reasonable estimate and a start date. We had already chosen our style of floors at lumber liquidators but Tony was able to get us the exact same floors with an additional savings of $500. Tony's crew is very polite and quite efficient in their job. He had different expert crews come over for the granite and tile work and they did a very impressive and seamless job. The granite crew raised a portion of my granite to bring it to the same level as the rest of the kitchen. I was worried that it would look odd with the joint, but the joint is hardly visible. I would say they did a 5 star job. The crew that worked on the bathroom tiles and the kitchen back-splash have done an excellent job as well. They installed floor to ceiling tiles with a built in soap dish and wrap around tiles in the bathroom. Our new bathroom has come out excellent. Again, a 5 star job. His 3rd crew which worked on the rest of the job (including painting, fixtures, appliances and vanity) were the nicest people I have ever met. They hear you out on every request and make it work. We had to change our light fixture (in the dining section) twice before we finally decided what worked for us. They were happy to oblige.
Finally, his cleaning crew does a thorough job to make the place look spic and span. All work was finished in a reasonable time frame and except for a few touch ups here and there, the house was ready in time for us to move in. I greatly appreciate the effort they put in to make our house a dream home. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him and his crew. I would highly recommend him for any kind of remodeling job."

"The first time we hired Eduards Wood Floors to install our new hardwood floor for the kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room was in 2009. We were very happy of the results. After 7 years later, we decided to replace a carpet study and stairs case with hardwood floor, and then removed old hardwood in living room and dining room to match with the rest of the house. The contractors were very nice and friendly even though they were not the same crew that we had before. To replace a carpet room with new hardwood floor was simple and easier than removing existing wood floor that we have. From watching them removing the old wood floor, it took them exactly one day to remove all the planks one by one. There were noises banging on piece by piece, that loud sound chased our pets away and hidden under the bed entire time. However, once the old woods were completely removed, the floor was ready to install with new woods. With the diagonal-pattern cut that we chose many years ago, it required lot of cuts. Saw dusts were flying everywhere, luckily they had it setup outside the driveway for easy to clean. Lesson learned: Pay Attention at the contract, make sure all measurements are correct before you sign. After we paid the first payment and the work was done almost half way, we got a call from their office said that the contract was wrong. It means we have to pay more than original amount that we'd planned. The problem was the contractor gave the right measurements to the officer but it was entering wrong in the system; it was really short on the amount of hardwoods needed for installation. At that point when your house was a mess and the floors were bared, what would you do in this case, cancel this contract and looking for other contractors? We were upset and ready to find other company to finish the job because it was over our budget. Then with negotiations, we decided to stay with Eduards Wood Floors to have them finish their job. Finally, after 3 weeks, we had our house back with beautiful wood floors. We have to give Flavio and Juan from Eduards Wood Floors some credits. They always collected, cleaned, and disposed all the trashes at the end of a day. They even vacuumed our floors every day before they headed out. They willing to fix any problems we found and correct it. They were cheerful and courteous. We have no doubt to use them again or refer them to our friends."
