"The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"Everything went pretty well. The only place where there was any room for improvement was scheduling things so we could get a definite date/time lined up. We knew that it would be done most likely by today (15mar2019) and were glad to have the repairs done earlier (14mar2019). "Ladegast SkilledTrades was the answer to our needs! We had a partially finished room in our basement that we needed completed within a very short time span. They did a great job framing up & drywalling the room and adding a walkin closet. They also made another closet for us under the stairs along with putting on a properly ventilated door for the furnace room. The base trim was also done by them and was nice(he also fixed some trim above an existing door).  There was an electrical box in the room and since it was going to be a kids room, we needed to enclose it and put a lock on it and that is exactly what was made for us. It was perfect.
They also repaired a large stress crack above our MBR door. The owner Brent was extremely professional and so were his employees. Very prompt and kind. I felt very comfortable having them in my home doing the job while I was away at work during the day. The job was not rushed, but done promptly as said. I even asked Brent to look at the basement toilet to get his opinion of why it was leaking. He did a quick fix for me and didn't even charge us. Also, put in an access panel in the main basement area along with one in our closet which we needed to have. Wonderful to have a working restroom near a kids bedroom.
