"The estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no surprises, in fact they did way more work than other companies were going to provide at the same (or higher) cost. They explained what they were going to do in understandable terms and answered all of my many questions in a confident tone. Each employee I had contact with from the owner on down was polite and professional. They came in and did an incredible amount of work in just 3 days.
To their credit the city inspector made comments about being impressed with the job.
The one thing I really appreciated was that from the onset there were no high-pressure sell tactics used like I had experienced with some of the bigger companies that I  also got estimates from  (the big companies you hear ads for on the radio ). I never felt pressuered or like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't.

Note: If you are going to have work like this done be ready for some dust. They cleaned up well after themselves and even used a jackhammer with a shop vac attached on the floor but there was still dust on everything,
