"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

Trident plumbing has been our go to service for all plumbing needs and concerns. Their full service expertise is one stop shopping for us. One service visit was for a presale of house sewer scope that is highly recommended by realtors. The team filmed and recorded the scope on a usb thumb drive to be available to potential home buyers. They always go the extra mile to be thorough. A return visit to swap out a toilet with their recommendation of American Standard Cadet Pro. This toilet by far has been our best functioning toilet and very happy with their recommendation. Our third recent need was finding a steady water leak on our garage cement floor in area of water heater. I immediately phoned Trident Plumbing owner, Matthew Gardner, because I was unable to determine right away the source of the water. Again, Matthew immediately answered my call and understood my anxiety about the water and asked a member of his team who lives nearby to diagnose the problem. Devon, was at our house within 15 minutes on his day off, basically, to help us. The beauty of this story was Devon immediately figured out it was our a/c condensation unit leaking and not a plumbing issue at all. However, he went above and beyond to help us at my asking and problem solved! It is my belief that this company can always be trusted and relied upon for excellent service."

"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."
