"Patrick was here within the hour. The issue I was experiencing ended up being a problem with the electric coming into the house (outside of his scope of work). Patrick was able to confirm it was nothing internal to the house and stuck around while Duke electric dispatched their team to further troubleshoot the power connections. At that point Patrick’s work had been completed and he was free to leave, however he volunteered to stick around to help the electric company problem solve. Between Patrick and the Duke electric technician they were able to trace the issue back to poor connection coming into the home on one of the legs of power. While this was not within Patrick’s scope of work he still stuck around to assist the power company in resolving the issue. I am very pleased with the quick service I received and Patrick was very kind and extremely helpful going above and beyond his responsibilities.
