"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Fast and friendly service. The repairman was knowledgeable and communicated the problem and repair needed. I would definitely use their service again."

"Anthony replaced the igniter on my gas oven, checked all connections, and made sure the oven preheated quickly."

"Greg is fantastic. He has repaired several appliances for me when others coil not. He tries hard to repair so you don’t have to replace! He is great to communicate and has a great attitude. I am grateful for Greg especially as A Realtor as he helps me figure out the best solution for my clients. He has repaired 2 ovens that others said they could not. I am so grateful for Greg!"

"RNT did an awesome job and we will be calling them for all our appliance repairs from now on."

"The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Repair person was very nice and professional."

All work is guaranteed. Nothing is too small, from hanging blinds to installing doorknobs. From plumbing repairs to remodeling rooms, ceiling, wall and floor repair, installing appliances and plumbing fixtures, even toilets and tubs and refinishing tubs and tile. I Have many before and after pics of jobs I have previously completed, compared to other contractors work. Contract work without the contract price. I have been doing this type of work for 20 years. Very friendly and honest service. I am the owner so there is no dealing with automated calls or going through an act of congress to get in touch with a manager.
