When Tim and Justin arrived we went over the water heater installation and other repairs before beginning, once again answering all my questions. All the information was very welcoming. I could not have asked for more skilled technicians to be working on my home. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. Before I knew it they were done with the entire job which was almost incredible for the amount of work being done. I’ve never had this good of an experience with a plumbing company before and will absolutely be using them for any future needs. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. "This all began with Zach checking our ancient Warm Morning wall heater while he was here to do a yearly maintenance check on our Rinnai water heater. We were startled when he got a reading of 45 on his carbon monoxide meter close to the heater vent - he suggested we replace the heater right away as this was not safe at all. He was gracious enough to find us a new wall heater immediately, and Brady and Dylan came back the very next day to remove the old heater and put in the new one. They worked hard all day and did a good job. Brady and Zach came back five days later to cut a vent into our bedroom and also went the extra mile to put in extra rubber gaskets and padding to relieve some rattling and mitigate as much of the noise as possible. We are relieved to be coughing less, breathing better, and to have a good heater that works well for our needs. These guys were kind, professional, and very careful about keeping our home clean, especially when removing our old heater that was full of soot - they did a great job and we are pleased with the results. Docked half a star only due to some confusion with the invoice and not clearly giving a breakdown of costs for the heater itself and for labor and installation, but overall, a job well done!
