"Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. I will hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber."

However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. "Niko Spirollari and Dori did an excellent job in replacing three (3) radiator valves. One of the valves required a pipe to be replaced. They contacted me immediately upon my request for a quote and they were able to come the very next day to do the job. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for this job and only charged me the cost of an extra valve for the labor and parts to replace a damaged pipe. The entire job took about 2 hours. They placed down work blankets to protect the carpet and they vacuumed the work areas and removed the old valves upon completing the job. They were very informative, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the work and cost of this project. I have hired them before to replace my hot water tank and install a kitchen faucet and I would definitely hire them for future plumbing projects."
