"Everything went great for this service call. Booked the appointment for a date/time that was convenient, and they offered a 2 hour window of time for the technician to arrive. They phoned the day before the appointment to confirm everything. Dean, the technician, arrived on site within the time window specified (they were on the early side of the time window, which was great). Dean did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning our fireplace, and was quite friendly and knowledgeable as well. He took care to make sure and tarp the area where he was working to protect the carpet and cleaned up and put everything back just as it was found. "Len (the owner) came to our house on Wednesday and talked to us about what a new furnace. He was very friendly and professional and explained our options. We decided on a furnace and Len said he would order it immediately and schedule it to be installed in 2 days, on Friday. On Friday Rich and Joe showed up right on time and within 3 hours they had removed the old furnace, installed the new one, ran 2 new vent pipes and capped the old pipes. Despite the weather (snowing, blowing and cold) they made no mess in our house or basement. Everything was installed so cleanly it looks like the furnace and vent pipes were always there."
