Overall, I highly recommend his services; the work was completed in 3 months, and we are happy with the appearance and functionality of our new bathroom. As a general contractor, John was very responsive. He was always available to discuss our options and provided helpful recommendations. He was attentive to our needs, including any additional requests or suggestions. His team - including demolition, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry - are also outstanding, and well coordinated. I always knew who is coming today, what they will be working on, and what part of the project will be completed this week. Very good experience and high quality work."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Mr. Kenny is a master carpenter, builder and contractor. I cannot say enough about his skills and attention to detail. He knows his business and works just as hard as his men.
I have had the opportunity to refer Mr. Kenny to a few friends and associates. He has constructed what might be referred to as mansions that were and are architectural and tradesmen's masterpieces. "Edian and his crew were so professional and kind. I say kind because we did not have a general contractor so Edian had to deal directly with me-the homeowner. I have no experience in project management and our kitchen project was a complete gut job-down to the studs including the floor. Edian was patient with me and discussed all my concerns - as small and as big with a smile and kindness. He even got down on the floor with me to discuss the threshold situation we had from tile to wood floor. No question was too stupid for him to answer. We had a huge delay midway thru the project -we discussed our options - made a plan and Edian followed through. Meaning he stopped our project for several weeks and returned on the day he said that he would. I can not say enough about the work. My kitchen is gorgeous. I would hire him again when we need more work done. I have done many renovations and at the end of the job - I hate the contractor—not this time. I would have him for dinner!!!!"
