"My experience with Pro Master Construction, particularly, the owner, has been rather a good one. I was very pleased with the expertise of Luan and bedside manner as he understood my concerns. He took the time to carefully observed, evaluated, and explained in detail what exactly needed to be done. He is even gone far and beyond by adding a couple of extra materials to secure the gutters. He is an honest man, for which I rarely say about the 30+ house-related contractors I have dealt with to-date, let alone do I write reviews. If you are planning to install gutter guards, then may I suggest that you ask for more options other than the one they offer. I went with Mike Holmes smooth perforated metal gutter leaf guards (Holmes calls it smart screens). No need for fancy mesh top (will sludge in due time), wired screens, etc. Effectiveness and function are key!"

"D&S roofing is a local roofing company with a long standing reputation. They also have an A+ rating from the BBB. When we decided to replace our roof, Dominick came to go over the job and was very professional and detail oriented, We agreed on a price not knowing how much plywood underneath might need replacing. Dominck offered us a brand new roof starting from scratch along with all new gutters and leaders and was also adding up to 9 damaged sheets of plywood. Anything beyond 9 would be an additional cost per sheet. What we didn't know when the roof came of was that the majority of our plywood was flaking apart like brittle. Dominck showed us the plywood that had rotted over time which appeared to be original to the home (over 50 years old). We ended up paying for a lot of boards that we didn't expect but there really was no choice. If you're doing a roof from scratch, you don't know what you will find so hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. We had the worst scenario. These guys were quick, top-notch and excellent workers. They have a fleet of trucks an bring in their own garbage truck to remove all debris. Very clean, neat, respectful, personable and understanding. They are not the cheapest and probably not the most expensive. They are very thorough. D&S also gave us new copper around all chimneys, a new Velox skylight and replaced all rotting fascia. They found a hole where raccoons were getting into a soffit and made sure that was empty and completely sealed. Overall, Dominick, Billy and the rest of the staff are highly experienced pros who will be in and out in a day or two with a clean, finished product. Highly recommended."

The workers showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion.They cleared and took away all debris from the old gutters and leaders.Several suggestions were made to make sure the gutters worked properly.It took about 4 hours and the job looked great.Martin, one of the owners, came by to look at the completed job, and to be sure all that I wanted was done to my liking, which it was.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great job.

"I was most impressed with their punctuality. They showed up the very next day, after answering the phone when I called and giving me an immediate response. They did a good job of not only cleaning the snow and ice off, but clearing it from the driveway/porch as well. I didn't get all the snow cleared off--the ice was the primary concern because I was having water issues with the ice dam--but the problem cleared up once they were done. I think the price was fair. I didn't have the luxury of time to shop around, but in talking to people who had similar work with other companies, it seemed a little on the high side. However, to me the speed of their response balanced it out. I also never received a bill, this was all done over the phone, which made me a little nervous in sending in payment. However, there were no issues on that front. I would quite likely use them again, or at least consult them, when having any more work done on the house!"
