"Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

"The two guys who came were prompt, professional, personable, and got the new faucets installed. They showed me how it works (touchless faucets). I would love to have them back in my home again and plan to ask for them. Thanks Brooks for being a great company."

"They are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and most of all fair with their pricing. Highly recommend. Couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done. Other's I have referred them to have called to thank me! They keep you informed every step of the way on what they are doing and they clean up behind themselves which is a big plus. Thank you again, Pristine Plumbing!!!!"

"I’ve had 5 plumbers come to my house to try and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

"Matt and his crew were very efficient and worked diligently to drain the old hot water heater, remove it from the attic, and take it away for disposal. Upon discovering the new hot water heater would not pass through the opening into the attic, they simply loaded it up and purchased on that would fit. Then they installed the new unit, drained the lines of air before turning it on. They were personable, knew what they were doing, had all the equipment necessary to complete the project. I would definitely use their services again."
