Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "They also do plumbing. Everything is top notch there too. The first time they came it turned out we had to make an insurance claim before he could make the repair. He waived the inspection fee and we got the insurance claim done. The insurance hired clean up people. What happened was that house has 3 levels and the lowest level is slightly below grade and it requires a sewage ejection pump to get things up to the septic system. The sewage ejection pump failed and there was raw sewage in the basement."
