BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."

He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

"MN Plumbing was amazing!!!! We purchased appliances from a company who uses MN Plumbing for installations. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "We had replacement windows installed recently and needed the windows and trim stained and finished.  Since we both work fulltime, we decided to use Angie's list, plus the clock was ticking on getting the work done before the weather got cold.  Additionally, we needed a faucet replaced in our main bathroom.  A handyman service looked to be our best option.  After going through the list of possibilities, we chose House Doctors because of their good reviews and proximity to where we live.  
I contacted them via an online form and waited for a response.  It did not happen as quickly as I hoped, so I then emailed the same information and heard back promptly.  I wanted to arrange a time for an estimate rather quickly, but this also did not happen quite the way I had hoped.  Eventually, an estimator came by and, to my great relief, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  The person who did our work was very professional and thorough.  His attention to detail was outstanding, both the window trim and faucet turned out very well.  He also cleaned up the areas that he worked in to our satisfaction.  Other than a few problems initially with contacting and getting the estimate, this was a wonderful experience.  We recommend House Doctors for similar jobs of this type.

"Paramount Granite Company was a joy to work with! They offered an incredibly reasonable and detailed estimate (including options and their costs) within a day. When I visited their offices, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Barb answered my questions and showed me their slabs of granite (as well as the sinks and faucets they offer). I had already viewed slabs of granite at the various warehouses, but they had some beautiful pieces to choose from. I ended up picking a gorgeous piece of St. Cecelia granite from their selection, which just happened to be in the least expensive category.
The whole process was made easy by Angie's prompt and helpful responses to my emails. Paramount was flexible with my schedule when we needed to postpone the installation by a week. On the day of installation, the workers arrived on time and worked quickly and excellently. I was impressed when they discovered (from a spec sheet they brought along) that the particular slide-in range we had chosen needed rounded corners for the opening. The worker finished the job except for this part, drove back to the office and returned within the hour with the rounded piece to complete the job perfectly!
Paramount Granite Company is a first-rate company. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends. I am simply thrilled with my countertops and the excellent experience I had with Paramount.

"Sam did a great job.  He was easy to work with.  We made some changes after the project started without any problems.  Sam made some suggestions that proved to be the correct way to go.  There were a number of problems that surfaced as the project progressed, walls out of square, etc., and Sam always had a solution.  I would most certainly hire Sam for any project."

"Called another company originally they asked how old the furnace is and I said about 5 yrs. old (it is 6 yrs old). They informed me that I should get a hold of the company that put it in because it should still be under warranty, which after I looked it was. So I called Service Today to set up an appt. to have them look at it. Andrew came out and with various questions asked I said that the thermostat we have is wifi and that is how we run it. Comcast upgraded the wifi in the neighborhood the day before and it was today I woke up and noticed that the thermostat wifi was not connected to the wifi anymore. He looked into it and noticed that when I put it on heat via by phone app or manually by the wall thermostat, it was turning on the A/C instead and visa versa. He came at a price to me of about $350 to run a diagnostic to find the issue. He did and then he comes back and tells me that the thermostat itself is burn out (I bought the thermostat from them when I had the new furnace installed 6 yrs. ago). Andrew goes to his van and of course comes with only 2 thermostats that he has on hand. One is not wifi and it was $350 or so and the other was $800 which was wifi programmable. He did say we could just go and get one from Best Buy or something but we would have to install it. We decided on the lower cost of the 2. As he was installing it I looked up the retail cost for the same exact one he was putting in (Honeywell T4Pro) and it was $75 at Best Buy. I mean really.........that much of a mark up in cost!!! It is like this company does not understand that we are in a pandemic and that money for so many people is really really tight!! To gouge customers like that. As I sat in my office crying about the cost I let myself get washed into, after a while I asked Andrew why such a big cost increase on the thermostat. He said he has nothing to do with the pricing of items, which I understood. Andrew was a nice guy and just doing his job. I put this gouging at the feet of the company because right now, people have to decide to either pay a heating/electric/etc. bill or pay a company a massive cost to have a thermostat put in. Andrew did take down some wires that were for a humidifier that was on the old furnace prior to installing the new one and also cleaned some dust and lint from the furnace. Will I call these guys again, only if I know that there is something wrong with the furnace that is under warranty still, other then that, I cannot afford them. They were better when they were Airtech. The C rating I gave it has more to do with how nice Andrew was then the company. For the company itself, I give it an F"
