I had Albany Area Pros gut remodel my master bath (including new layout) and renovate my entire first floor (flooring, doors, trim, lighting, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal, painting, etc.). They did an amazing job and were extremely professional, courteous, and did everything on time and within budget (even with upgraded items). Upon completion I hired them to remodel a second bathroom I was so happy with the work. I highly recommend them."

Micheal was excellent at designing the project and helped us select fixtures. The presentation was detailed and accurate. Financial terms were spelled out. Everything went according to plan. Michael and the owner came to check on the progress frequently. We are more than satisfied with the final results and have received many compliments. Three years later, I am still in aw as to how the family room and bath rooms look. This company took  out dated rooms and  made them modern and beautiful.

"Dave and a co-worker came out the day I called.  It was a rainy afternoon and I had a huge hole in the roof of my camp.  They were willing to fix it that night but a family was renting the camp.  So Dave came out early the next day and had it completed by 10 a.m.  The roof problem caused a problem in the bathroom ceiling which he then came out and fixed a few days later.  He was completely professional, prompt and very, very helpful.

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."
