"Jake was as good as advertised.  We had been having a lot of trouble with a leaking toilet.  We had replaced the wax ring several times (it was a new toilet!) but it kept leaking.  Jake came out on one day's notice and spent a few hours dealing with our old bathroom.  The flange that was in there was too narrow so Jake was able to cut it out and install a new one as well as offer some advice on what we should do when we remodel.  He said that it was possible that the leak could continue because the piping was not installed as it should have been.  Unfortunately a few hours later our leak returned.  Jake was prompt in answering text messages and offered to come back and fix the piping.  I asked if it was possible that the toilet could be leaking and he said that it is possible but it can be hard to tell.  He said if it was possible to return the toilet, he would do that in order to take the toilet out of the equation.  We were able to bring the toilet back and get a replacement, and sure enough, our leak has stopped!  Jake was friendly, courteous and very reasonably priced.  I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. We will definitely hire Brandon when the time comes for our next project-no hesitation."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flash Painters. They arrived when they were supposed to, finished the job when t hey said they would, cleaned up when they were done and charged a fair price for the work. When working on the inside of my house, they were meticulous in covering things so no paint got on furniture and when finished, went through the house and made sure I was satisfied with the job in every room. On the outside of the house, they did everything necessary to make the house look good, pounding in nails, filling woodpecker holes, and caulking where needed. They even came in and made sure all my windows opened and put screens in. I later hired Flash again to stain my deck and paint a ceiling. I am planning on selling in the near future and they helped make my house look great. I would highly recommend them."

"Everything went great! Needed to find a local plumber in an emergency on a Saturday and Chris was able to be there within 30 minutes of talking to him. He observed the job and communicated what would need to be done and fixed/replaced everything that needed to be. He did tremendous work and I will definitely be calling on him again should I need something done in the future!!"

This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time.

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed.

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"Dennis did an excellent job replacing our electric water heater! We noticed our old one leaking one evening, and Dennis was VERY fast to respond to my Angi request for service. He was out the next day to install our new water heater and arrived promptly at the promised time. From start to finish, Dennis completed the work in just over 2 hours. He cleaned up the area nicely and took our old water heater with him. A+ 5-Star service for sure! Would highly recommend this friendly professional for your plumbing needs. :)"

"On time, Knows his job well. Replaced my old toilet"

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"

"Ivaldo and his crew were awesome! The quality of the work was outstanding and communicating with them was very easy and extremely responsive. I would often text with Ivaldo and I would usually get a response back within the hour. It was also very refreshing to have a crew that was interested in making sure we were happy at each step."

"Very well. Rob was punctual and informative. He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."
