Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people.
