"The assignment went well. The tech (Stacy) was very knowledge and explain to me the in and out of what might be the issue with the unit. Once the issue was diagnose, Stacy got right to work and resolved the problem within no time. My house is now cooling and ready for the our next HEAT wave. I highly recommend him and HPC services. "$99 diagnostic fee to identify the problem (two wires in the condenser were rubbed out from vibration and touching each other, which shorted the system, causing the thermostat to not turn on), plus $240 to put two pieces of electrical tape on them... Very professional and knowledgeable, but the actual repair portion of the price seems steep considering the nature of the repair. No new parts were installed or replaced."
