"Great communication, great price, punctual, extremely neat install - would highly recommend."

"Jerry, went above and beyond with my rehab installing new HVAC and duct system. Fair pricing, informative on the work that was done, professional communication and commitment to his trade. Very pleased with the final out come. Also, promptly helped on other fixes at other locations . Definitely recommend him and is my go to guy for HVAC installs, repairs or advice."

"I would highly recommend First Class for your heating and air needs. My AC went out and they were able to come the same day and fix the problem. Shelby who coordinates scheduling went above and beyond to schedule me that day. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Jonathan Pepper was the tech who came out and repaired my unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and had the best attitude. I could not have asked for better service."

"We recently had a brand new HVAC system installed by Chisholm, and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to evaluate our home and helped us choose a system that fits both our space and our budget. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. They also took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all our questions thoroughly. Since the install, the system has been running smoothly—quiet, efficient, and keeping our home consistently comfortable. We’ve already noticed an improvement in both temperature control and air quality. If you’re in need of HVAC work, I highly recommend Chisholm. They’re honest, skilled, and truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction."

"Awesome! I called and Sandy answered (extremely friendly and professional) and got a guy (Gary) out within an hour. Gary was very professional also, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He got it fixed and cooling our house again just in time for the 100 degree weekend. Thanks Gary!!!"

"It was excellent. It was great. They did that carbon monoxide detector for free. They were very good. They were right on time. They were very professional. We never asked for a carbon monoxide detector but it was nice of them of to give it to us and install it for us. They were professional. Pricing was right. They did good work. I would definitely recommend them. Pricing was average. I would absolutely use them in the future."

"They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. The company kept me up to date with the progress and the channels they had to go through to complete the process. They are very customer oriented and I would recommend them to anyone who was to save money. You have to have long term goals. Mine are going to be achieved with the help of U S Energy solutions. I thank them very much as they not only made me feel like a special customer, they made me feel like part of the family."

"The installation and time of response were good. The price was fair. The reason for the ?three star? grade was what happened afterwards and is still ongoing. I wrote a check for the full amount of $10,704.00 on 8/17/26. I am 87 years old and not too computer literate so I asked for a hard-copy of the warranty information and bill-of-sale. I?ve called a couple of times but so far haven?t received anything. Can you help?"

"Donovan with IA Services was a dream to work with! Not only was he really quick to schedule, he was willing to work on a mini split unit we were struggling to get serviced. He got everything in working order after thorough testing and is literally our savior with this heat wave. He will definitely be our go-to moving forward!"
