"I had a very positive experience with this company and highly recommend them. Their office was easy to deal with. They gave me an appointment the next day and the technician was here when they said he would be. He was obviously skilled and proficient and got my broken spring replaced in a couple of hours. He was friendly and very professional. Superb job!"

"He was here less than an hour after we submitted our request on Home Advisor. Fixed the door quickly (even some broken cables we hadnt seen initially.) We were very impressed with the quality and speed of his work and his professionalism."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I had a number of various home repairs, some of which were rather difficult--malfunctioning kitchen drawer slides, garage door/tracks that were not originally installed correctly several years ago, and a broken iron gate hinge that someone else had attempted to fix previously without success. These and other repairs were completed efficiently and effectively with expert results. I am very pleased with their work and my garage door opens/closes better than ever! James and his assistant were very courteous and I will definitely call them again when in need of home repair or improvement.
