"Came quickly did the repair and reasonably priced"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

Licensed remodeling contractor / handyman with 30+years local, reliable, and quality service for NWA.

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Was having an issue with my washer not working properly. I called everything appliance and Justin was able to get me scheduled for the same day. He was able to get a new part and had my washer working again within a couple of hours. I really appreciate the help and highly recommend!"

"Nathan first repaired my old dryer the same day I called. When my mom's 20+ year old refrigerator/freezer quit I had her call Nathan who was out the next day. He found the parts needed to repair it and got it working again. I bet it will last another 20 years!! She just had him out today to fix her microwave and he found the problem very quickly. He is very responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and reasonable. My mom and I have saved many hundreds of dollars by having our appliances fixed instead of replacing them and Nathan is friendly and great to work with!! Highly recommended!!"

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
