"This was our first remodel experience. We had been warned by many people to expect our project to run 50% behind schedule and 50% over-budget, as so many remodeling projects do. We had an overly-picky inspector near the end, which caused some delays, but other than that, we came in within 3% of our budget, and although the final inspection took a while, the room was ready enough to be usable and comfortable by the time we needed it. "After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends.
