"I cannot say enough great things about Phil and his crew! He provided a quick estimate and then came back again with me when I was back in town and provided a look of all our pipes with his camera for free (others were charging hundreds of dollars). He scheduled the work extremely quick and sent me pictures with updates. I was really in a pinch to get this work done - I needed a lot of details of the work and the need to get it done and a competitive price. Phil came through 100%. They did great work and cleaned the place up better than when they first arrived."

"Todd and his team are professionals. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended"

"Did the job. Did not discuss pricing until after arriving. For the visit it costs $75 just to show up and not perform anything. Was trying to consistently sell other things then service requested. Did the job."

"Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

"Called on a Saturday and had plumbers at my house in a couple of hours.  Nicest guys ever! Quick efficient work and clean-up after job. Gave an excellent education of the problem and repair, and made suggestions for the future.  I would definitely have them back.

"Very well but I am still waiting on the plumber to return and replace a clean out plug cap damaged when the opened it up to examine the sewer lines."

"Everything was fine. The technicians were nice and they did their job."

"I had managed to completely block my kitchen sink/garbage disposal on Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. Plus we were having a party the next day. I called Derek and he came out within an hour and unplugged it for us. A really nice and professional guy. I now have a plumber for life!!
