"Ours was a very complicated job as a prior contractor had botched our home theater installation and we were not able to use the system.  None of several other installers we called could determine why.  Satellite and Cable Solutions patiently worked through our equipment and found the problem. They corrected the previous poor work and recommended updates to our system.  After discussing with us prices and equipment, they installed a wonderful system which included new concealed wiring, wall speakers, remote and receiver. The job took several days as they professionally completed the install.  They then came back and installed our new Samsung Ultra TV and DVD player.  During the entire process, Satellite and Cable Solutions worked around our schedules and they made sure we understood how to work all of the components.  We highly recommend Satellite and Cable Solutions for their fair pricing and professionalism and will use them for additional jobs.

"I thought I had provided enough specific information regarding the equipment that I already had and wanted to hook together (TV, speakers, Blu-ray to an audio receiver). I unfortunately had purchased REAR speakers instead of front left, right or center ones. I had texted specific model information along with photos of the back of each piece of equipment in hopes that he could advise me if I was missing something. He was kind enough to go with me to purchase the correct type of front speakers (although I had a more limited selection to choose from) and wires (but he never mentioned buying a center one or a longer RCA connection). I was concerned when I couldn't hear the voices, but only the background voices and sounds once he hooked up front left and right speakers. Thankfully, he was able to get the voices to be heard with just the two front speakers, so I was able to bypass getting a center speaker. Unfortunately, due to me having the wrong type of speakers and that he wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected, his appointment took much longer and cost more money than I hoped for. If you decide to hire him, be sure to do LOTS of reading and self education about speakers, audio receivers and equipment. Make a list of questions and then discuss specifics and expectations with him. Do this so you don't have an extra $100+ bill at the end of the appointment."
