"This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. "We had to move abruptly due to job opportunities that relocated us.  A friend had referred us to DiJulio Contracting after they were very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism.  A rep from the company, Scott, came out within two days to meet with us and discuss the projects we thought may add value to our home prior to putting it on the market.  Preparing for the move and new jobs, and with two small children at the time was an incredible stress.  However, Scott was invaluable in configuring our space and determining which materials and appearance would work best and recover the most return selling the home.  They provided us with a detailed work proposal, including the revised floor plan, material spec's, computer generated images, warranty standards, proposed schedule, and full estimate - which was fairly priced compared with other bids we received.  We accepted the terms, and the work took place without a hitch.  We were extremely happy with the workmanship, organization, and cleanliness of the crews.  They were also very courteous and their staff was down to earth and easy to get along with.  All in all, they made this a very easy and pleasant experience during what was an incredibly chaotic time for us.
 
I would recommend them to anyone.  By the time they left the place looked amazing and we were sad to leave as the place looked better than ever!  And it paid off - we were able to sell our home for above list price, and this was before the housing market came back, and I attribute it all to the work of DiJulio Contracting.

"What a great experience - Israel and his crew were true professionals and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have a small semi-detached home which originally had screened front and back porches. We wanted to enclose both and expand the very small kitchen into the small back porch area. We decided to remove part of the wall to the dining room to make the space more open. In doing so, we ran into an issue with duct work, but Israel reworked masterfully and now you can't tell it wasn't always like this. We kept it simple with tile floor, white cabinets, granite counter (which because of the size needed he was able to get at a great price) and appliances to scale. Now my friends say it looks like a model kitchen! And the new front porch is a nice oasis, giving us expanded living area. I would say the project took perhaps a little longer than anticipated, but it was during a difficult weather period that had impact on ours as well as their other projects, which no doubt had an effect on scheduling. My advice is to be patient and all will work out. So after all that, the roof started leaking, and now we'll have ICM back to replace it since it's at the end of it's useful life anyway. I definitely plan to call them for future projects."
