Gabe told me he would try to have the car done over the weekend, and to my surprise, he was able to get to the heart of the problem and solved it over the course <br /> of a Saturday. It certainly helps when mechanics get to the work in such a timely manner. <br /> Kris explained to me how they found the problem: they pulled the gas tank off the car and inspected it. Eventually, they found a block in the gas line leading to the gas tank, which was causing the problem.  I liked how the mechanics seemed to <br /> be up for the challenge of finding and solving the issue, kind of like automotive detectives.   <br /> I was charged for the labor to pull the tank off, and to put it back, and that was the primary charge, which was about $200.00. <br /> I thought that was fair, and either Gabe or Chris called me promptly to tell me that had solved the problem and <br /> got my wife's car back on the road on time and for a reasonable price. <br /> Not sure that I could have asked for better service. Prompt, efficient, and Gabe and Kris are genuinley nice guys to talk to. "<p>This is the second time I have had T and K Mechanical come to my house. The first time (2012) was to replace and install a Gas Fireplace insert. They were very good and I had no issues. This time I had purchased a new slide-in gas range from Sears to replace an existing one in an island. The Sears delivery and installer refused to install the new range because the gas line to the gas range did not have a shutoff valve and the line had to be moved. Sears did leave the new range with me. The wanted me to call A-1 Installation to do the work. After 2 attempts and no return phone calls from A-1 Installation, I called Tand K Mechanical. </p> <p>They were able to come later in the week. They came out, we discussed what needed to be done and how it would look. They made sure that the shutoff valve was accessible without having to move the range. They were very professional, friendly and cleaned up when they were done. They would have installed my new range for me at no extra cost had Sears left the gas line fitting for the new gas range with the range.</p> <br />"

"We shopped around for a long time looking at different ones. We had previously purchased the last two at Oregon Hot Tub but the sales people were not that helpful and the quality didn't seem as good. This has stainless steel jets (not plastic) and even has a shoulder jet. The sales people were very knowledgable and we worked with Cassidy. She really knows about the product! I recommend talking to her if you are going to purchase one. Skyler, Steph, and Tyler delivered it today. They were top knotch!!!! Extremely professional and answered all of our questions.
