They even ran into a glitch installing a light switch in my basement but they went above and beyond to make it work. He also found some wiring problems and corrected those. They also clean up after the work is done. They were pleasant and even fun to deal with. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. I will definitely use them again."

Impressive, they did have someone in the area already working but still that's a first! Installer Jon was very good and professional and explained everything as he went and after completion (which only took about an hour or so). Only issue is the deal on Angies List says " Offer includes a limited $25,000 protected equipment warranty and a lifetime product replacement (parts) warranty". But not what the warranty they left says, its for $5,000 and only 10 years parts replacement. So I called Dan and explained and he said what the warranty that is on the sheet I was left is the one that is in effect, he wasn't sure why the one on Angies List says the $25,000 and Lifetime warranty on parts and was going to check on it. This may have made a difference in selecting the deal or not, knowing that up front."

That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. "Bob came out initially to see the location and provide an estimate.  I re-contacted the company 1 week later to schedule a time to get the work done.  I was able to get on the schedule within one week of my call so I did not have to wait very long.  I was given an expected time of arrival between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.  No one arrived and I did not get a call regarding a delay.  I called the company at 3:05pm and was told the electrician was still on a prior job and that they would call me back later to tell me when to expect his arrival.  No one called back but two individuals from the company arrived at 3:35pm.  Since communication seemed to be an issue, I re-confirmed the scope work with them.  Luckily I did that since they were going to install aluminum wire instead of the 6 gauge copper wire that had been stated in the electric vehicle outlet specifications I had given/shown Bob during the estimate appointment. The two electricians completed the job in 30 minutes.
I would use this company again because:
1. Someone answered the phone when I called to set up the appointment for the estimate. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back one week later as with other companies.
2. I was able to set up appointments within 2 days for the estimate and within 6 days to schedule the actual work.
3. The electrician(s) did what I asked after I reconfirmed the scope of work.
