"This was not the experience we had ever imagined we would have with Matrix we could have worked with other companies and spent far less money but we thought we were getting a premium product and at a premium price! We had contracted Matrix in February to finish our basement, our salesman did a very good job taking the time to lay everything out give us our options and meet our vision the follow-up appointment to finalize went well and the gentleman really had a good knowledge of everything that needed to be done. The biggest problem we had was with the project manager and some of the trades that were brought in. The framers and finish carpenters did a wonderful job however the failures were many and project management was substandard for spending over six figures on a project. The damage that was caused to the finished portion of our house, walls, door jams garage door frame and other building errors that were made on electrical and plumbing were not addressed or handled appropriately"

"I can't say enough great things about this company. Sadov basement solutions transformed our completely unfinished basement to this beautiful addition to our home. Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. Jarek and Robert were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, flexible and offered expert guidance during the project. We received several quotes for the basement and Jarek was the only contractor to suggest leaving the ceiling unfinished and painted black for tax reasons. We got 7 other quotes and not a single contractor told us that because it would mean less money in their pocket, but Sadov did because their main priority was customer satisfaction. "I contacted Angie s List was giving several referrals starting receiving phone calls this contractor was one of them, I told him I had a , flooded basement and needed help to remove standing water that was sitting since Saturday, informed him I had at least six inches and is this something he could assist me with, he said yes give him a couple of hours and I said ok. He called back to confirm how many inches of water there was again and said he was about 40 minutes away. Once he arrived he looked and went back to his car got his boots and a small machine and a thick water hose and asked if he could drain the water in our front yard not the sewer and went into the basement and got started, then he went back to his car and would come back periodically to see if the water was going down at some point he came back and said he was done and I looked and said all the water is not gone and was that it! He told me he did the best he could and I informed him I wasn t happy we went back and forth and I paid him and knew I was going to file a complaint because he did not complete the work that he said he would do and if the job was too difficult and he couldn t handle it he should have said something before he got started! I told him when he first called I had a flooded basement, and wanted the water removed!ALL OF THE WATER 💧! Before paying him I made it perfectly clear that I was unhappy because he left a lot of water 💧 still down there and his response was I did the best I could! That s why I m filing this complaint and I m seeking a refund and the money I spent to have someone else come out and do the job right!"

"Peter and his crew did a wonderful job with our kitchen demo...got rid of walls and closets and then put it all back together again. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Professional guys with lots of experience. Always on time and cleaned the place up after they were done. Would highly recommend them....wonderful guys with lots of experience and personality. You cannot go wrong with these guys and they are extremely reasonable!!!!! And if you do get the pleasure of dealing with these guys, please treat them with respect and some good hospitality. They so deserve it!!!!!"
