Very happy with the perimeter sealing - they fit a match seal piece attached to the fixed door opening, so the sealing is very positive. The unit installed much higher in the garage than the old system, so there's far more headroom with the doors open. The liftmaster belt drives are SUPER quiet, and they don't just haul the door up and down, they adjust power output and speed during motion, so the motion is more fluid. Any back pressure on the closing door triggered the safety stop and open sequence, I'd guess less than a lb. All in all, GarageTech left the existing structure in much better shape than they found it, provided a smooth working product in a very short time frame. Very happy with the service and the sale."
