"I can highly recommend Richard from Annexo Appliance Repair for any installation or repair to your home appliances. If what you need is help from someone who is talented, efficient, timely, and friendly, this is who you call!"

"Texas True Appliance resolved a leak issue with our 6 year old Kitchen Aide dishwasher. What was of note in working with them - the technicians were personable. knowledgeable and professional - the first visit was to determine the issue and the second to perform the repair. They offered guidance on repair versus replace (bigger picture lifespan for the appliance/model in question) as well as ideas on how to monitor for leaks in the future (leak detection devices). All the things we value and appreciate from service providers. Their experience is a great benefit to the consumer, especially in this age of disposable appliances. Highly recommend Texas True Appliance and we will use them again, hopefully not for the dishwasher!"

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."
