"Summary: Very responsive and reasonably priced repair service. Great option if you are trying to avoid replacing an expensive older appliance. Our 20 year-old double oven stopped functioning. I went through a bunch of companies to consider but Apex has great reviews. Tyler came and quickly opened the oven. He pointed out that control board was most likely the culprit and replacing it would give several years of life especially since there were no moving parts. A common problem is that these parts are no longer manufactured. He found a company in Austin that fixed these parts. He gave an estimate of $300 to fix the part and about 2 weeks to get it back. A week later he came by with the part and installed it. Tyler is great , unassuming and very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is considering repairing their appliances or at least knowing the options. You know from the onset that he is going to go out of his way to help you"

Dana and his team did an amazing and quick (single day) job of swapping out my old 2 ton and 4 ton ACs, furnaces and some additional duct work. His price was the best I encountered by far, which honestly gave me pause, but fear not... you are in good hands. DT is a member of the Oncor Efficiency Incentive program which provides incentives to encourage upgrading to higher efficiency units - a portion of this rebate gets passed onto you which helps with the price (along with Carrier rebates). The installation job looks fantastic including support bars, not just straps, to insure the furnaces do not sag over time. As the electronic variable speed motors on these higher efficiency units are expensive to replace, I would recommend surge suppressors on inside and outside units. They are cheap and provide a little peace of mind since surges are not covered by manufacturer warranties."
