This was one of the best moves we have ever made. the owner spent all the time we needed explaining everything down to the last detail. He said they would not jump from job to job but would be here everyday until the job was done and they were. Everything was done in the time frame he said it would be and done to perfection. The workers were hard working, punctual and courteous. The entire area where they were working was swept, hosed off and spotless every day before they left. Five stars in every catagory!"

We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Our roof had been damaged by wind and hail, and Ian James helped us to navigate the entire process from filing the insurance claim to the completed project. Ian was informative, helpful, kind, and ensured that the job was completed in a timely manner. The project, manager, Danny, even came back after the job was done and tacked a piece of siding that was loose. It was no where near the roof and was not part of the original project. He just offered to fix it because it needed done. That is customer service! The job was completed in an efficient manner, and the clean up was excellent as well.
