There are pictures of this house back to the 50's where there was no covered porch, but the porch they added looks like it has always been part of the house. The workmanship was excellent, and they took care to keep the work area neat. They also repaired rotten sections of my box / hidden gutters around my entire house. There was significant damage, and this was a large undertaking. I am very happy with the end result and feel comfortable that I will not have to worry about issues with the gutters for many years. Bill, Dylan, and crew have done additional work for me including lowering the height of my non-working chimney and re-mortaring the remaining section, repairing trim on the house that had been chewed up by carpenter bees, and replacing my bathroom vanity. All of their work has been great! I will continue to use them for all of my future projects."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
