He is friendly, reliable, thorough, and overall does a great job of keeping my units in good working order. He is also very responsive and explains things in a way that make sense to me. They have come out in the freezing cold and scalding heat to repair/replace a unit when needed. They have replaced the two original units in the house and kept them in good working order.
