He even did his measurements while I was absent and just sent me over a quote which I directly accepted and the work was again done while I was on vacation. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."
