Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I had filled out their online form that I was looking to have wood floors installed (approx 900 sq ft) and I received a call the next day with co-owner Marcelino coming over a day later. I received the quote by the third day and they started installing the floors in two weeks. The workers were prompt and courteous during the entire time and the floor looks great and left everything clean. It took one day to install the floor and two days for the stairs (one day to install and another day to stain and seal)."

"What a nice company to work with! Always on time, stuck to their quote and were done ahead of scheduled time! They handled everything for us and gave options along the way when necessary. I felt they were fair and more importantly just overall friendly and easy to work with, not to mention their work was top notch!
