"From the moment we asked Juan to come and give us an estimate, he and his entire crew were nothing but professional, punctual, and did an incredible job.  When we first called him to come give us an estimate, it was later in the day, (5:00ish) but he still answered the phone and came over the next day (Tuesday).  I noticed the courteousness he showed when he took his shoes off until we were ready for the basement, and when he took them off again when we got upstairs from the basement in order to minimize the dust and dirt.  He quoted us a price we felt was fair and asked when they could start, and he told us Thursday of that week!  

He sent two gentleman over, both equally nice and professional in their job.  They finished the initial dry wall installation on Thursday, and the person handling the mudding came the next morning.  He did a great job, got it done in one day but they were unsure whether the final sanding would be Saturday or the next week.  Juan shot me a text message that night that as long as the mud was dry, they would be over the next day, which they were.  Sanding was completed in half a day, and Juan and I went around and he touched up a few areas with mud that had been over sanded.

During the entire job, they laid tarps on the floor between the outside and the basement as well as the stairs to go up to the master bath so to minimize the dirt and debris they left behind.  When they were finished, they cleaned with the dry vac and a damp mop on the floors.  For the price we paid, we are incredibly happy with the quality of the work, how personable Juan is, and the professionalism of the entire crew.  If we ever have any other painting or dry wall projects that need to be completed, they will be our first call for sure.

"Steve and his team did high quality work on two of our bathrooms. Our house is 95 years old and there was a lot of work that needed to be done to update all of the systems. Steve was knowledgeable about working on old homes and brought in equally knowledgeable plumbers and electricians. We had a clear timeline from the beginning and we were kept updated. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. "Let me start by saying that my husband is the one who did the walk-through estimate with Joe. I wasn't there and I can't verify that my husband explained exactly what we were looking for. But I was under the impression that the wallpaper would be sealed and the walls repaired so that when they were painted over, you wouldn't be able to tell there was wallpaper in the first place. We got an estimate from another company and they were planning on skimming the walls several times to create the smooth surface. I was under the impression that this was what Joe and his guys were doing, too.
I was wrong.
When the office was completed you could see the stripes where the pieces of wallpaper met. I was very unhappy with this and told Joe. To his credit, he immediately offered to fix the walls. His guys skimmed over the seams and repainted. The result, though was that now there are bands of a different texture, so it's still noticeable. 
If you're not looking too closely, the rooms look great. But when you pay attention to the details, you see things like where the guys painted over chips in the window sill, instead of sanding them out or filling them or whatever. There's a very noticeable wallpaper seam in the bedroom. Some of the edging is uneven. When they cleaned on the final day, the guys left drips of charcoal paint on the bathroom threshold. These are things I expect when WE paint our house, not when we pay someone a big ol' chunk of money to paint it.
That said, I would work with this company again. The paint crew guys were super professional and polite. We couldn't be there every day and we felt secure leaving them in our house. One of the guys even walked our dog one day because he was antsy. That goes above and beyond. We tipped them well.
Joe installed the molding himself, and he did a beautiful job. We had the ceiling painted charcoal and brought the color down about five inches on the wall. Then there's the molding, and then the lavender color we used on the walls. It's really quite stunning.
I'd love to give the company an A, but I do feel like there was some attention to detail lacking. I will make sure that the next time I hire them or any other painter I have every little thing spelled out in the estimate, so there's no room for interpretation.
