"We had our basement refinished , was cement block, cement floor and an unfinished ceiling . Our goal was to have an entertainment area with comfortable setting & TV ect and also to have a home office for my husband. Our contractor Aaron and his team did a fabulous job in basically 3 weeks! Aaron , looked @ the space, approximately 700 sq feet, asked questions about what we wantedâ ¦.. then explained and suggested what he could do. He listened to our ideas and came up with a plan, He gave us a reasonable & complete estimate & we had no surprises. What was most appreciated is that the project was very well planned and all the subcontractors that were brought in were very professional and polite in addition to being very skilled, we had an HVAC person, electrician, drywall, Aaron did framing and flooring, paintingâ ¦ everything was done in a logical & organized manner, noted progress every day! I absolutely love my new basement room from the beautiful textured ceilings with can lights, painted walls, the support pillars & heating vent being framed & the â closet â he made under the staircase. And yes, completely done in 3 weeks! Thank you Aaron!"

"I highly Recommend using this construction company they build our pole barn on time for a very reasonable price and kept the job site clean and communicated very well updating us and answering all of our questions. I was very happy with this contractor as we actually fired the contractor that was installing our very large pole barn as it was very shoddy work and was not going to get done anywhere close to the deadline we agreed on. The first contractor would also rarely show up when he said he would. Luckily for me I found K.A Slansky construction and they were able to take over the project and get it finished in half the time the first contractor said it would take. I will be using them for all my construction and home projects in the future 100%"

"Of the three quotes we got Great Garage was the highest, but we went with them because we felt more confident that they would deliver a higher quality product than the others. Good decision. The price we paid was exactly what was quoted. Demo and construction were delayed a bit because of the unusually wet summer, but they were always here when they said they would be. The different crews (demo, concrete, carpenters, roofing, electrical, siding) were punctual, and performed quality work and kept a clean work area. Great Garage’s project manager, Jon Keeney, kept the project moving along and communicated well with us throughout. He was a joy to work with, and was only a phone call away when we had questions. "The two men arrived promptly and began working immediately. They worked 6-1/2 hours taking just a 30 minute lunch break and completed the building. We signed up at the Home and Garden Show and the company stayed in touch during the winter months. Since we decided to have a concrete pad poured we told them we would call when it was completed. We called them on Thursday and they came the following Monday. Since we had the concrete pad poured some work was not necessary and our price was reduced. We highly recommend this company they did a fantastic professional job. <br />"

"Working with O'Dell Construction was an absolute pleasure! Justin and his employees are very professional and courteous. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and how they are doing it. They did a great job of staying on track with time and budget, which was what I had hoped for. A concern of mine while getting quotes was whether or not companies would have excessive change orders to increase the project cost. I only had one change order and it was for something that was clearly out of the score of our initial project plans. Assuming you don’t make major modifications from the agreed upon plan, then you don’t have to worry about change orders. If you’re looking for a quality design and build contractor, O’Dell Construction is perfect for you! We will be using O’Dell Construction again in the future."
