"Being a reluctant recommender since circumstances vary so greatly from one site to another I can recommend SOS Insulation based on our experience and trust it would be the same for other users of this service.  The initial estimate included a good description of the needs of our 20 year old house.  Buyers inspection and other insulation companies said the same things.  Daniel and associates arrived on time as planned, completed the work as described and cleaned up appropriately following the completion of the work.  Photos taken before and after the work was done indicated that the job was competed as described.  SOS provided an apparently honest estimate and did the work as promised.

"The team Isaac, McKay, Nathan, Joey and Mike all showed up on time and installed new wiring, ran the cooland lines, installed the ducts, installed the AC units, furnace and handler over the 9/7/17 and 9/8/17. Returned on 9/11/17 to address minor issue with the 2nd floor install and noise issue on 1st floor install, which was tweaking vents on return grate!  These guys went above the call of duty to minimize the cutouts in the wallboard needed run the cooling, lines and minimized the external mounting as well. Very pleased."

They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."
