After being involved with him for over 3 years, in my opinion, he is an incompetent, unethical conn-man whose only notion of the truth is whatever is most convenient to him at that moment. In January 2021, I signed a contract with him for $167,000 to remodel my kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom. He said it would be finished in 6 months, That was over 3 years ago and it's still not finished. That didn't stop him from demanding final payment when over $25,000 of the job was still undone. He then filed a fraudulent affidavit with the court, stating the work was finished; the fraudulent affidavit allowed him to file a lien against my house, to blackmail me into paying his exorbitant charges. The case outcome was a payment from him to me, but it didn't start to pay for the unfinished work or the legal expenses caused by his fraud. Find an ethical contractor to do your job."

The reno included new ceilings, lighting and flooring throughout the house and dividing a large open room into two good sized living and family rooms with wall and French doors. Every inch of the home was brought into a new century with new doors, moldings, tile and paint. Jarrod was very helpful with design ideas and explanations of the process which included permitting and inspections. Pricing was fair. His team of professionals was great and fun to work with. His supervisors also made great suggestion on the fly that improved the design and usefulness of the space. His subcontractors were great as well. My only concern was that the process took longer than planned. But a hurricane can slow things down!"
